Custom samples on a new mold take 25 to 35 working days. In-stock samples ship within 3 days, or up to 15 days when an item is not in stock. Standard mass production runs 35 to 55 working days, and complex custom orders 45 to 60 days. Third-party inspection adds 1 to 2 days when booked in advance.
T/T: 40% deposit to start production and 60% balance against the bill of lading copy, released after you confirm the pre-shipment inspection photos. Any new mold fee is prepaid together with the order.
Products are tested to FDA and LFGB food-contact standards, with reports supplied for your compliance file. The factory is BSCI-audited. SGS or CCIC third-party inspection is supported on request, and every order ships with a full inspection photo and video set.
