Custom Cast Iron Cookware Manufacturer for Your Own Brand

How It Works

Three Steps From Idea to Delivered Container

One contact, one timeline. Reply within 1 working day on every inquiry.

01

Consult and Design

Send a sketch, a reference photo, or just an idea. We do CAD and 3D modeling free of charge, run a DFM pre-check, and quote size, finish, logo and packaging together.

02

Mold and Samples, 25-35 Days

The mold takes about 30 days. Custom samples arrive in 25 to 35 days after design approval. The prepaid mold fee includes 2 free confirmation samples, so you sign off on a real pan before mass production.

03

Production and Delivery, 35-60 Days

Standard orders run 35 to 55 days; complex custom designs 45 to 60. Weekly photo and video updates, pre-shipment inspection report, then balance payment against the B/L copy.

What You Can Customize

Six Dimensions of Customization, All Under One Roof

Mix and match. Every dimension below is standard on a 500 pc custom run.

01

Sizes

From small to XL, we cast the diameter your local market wants. Skillets run 6 to 15 in, Dutch ovens 2 to 7 qt, griddles 20×10 in.

02

Shapes

Round, square, oval and complex shapes such as pumpkin, multi-cavity takoyaki, or your own silhouette, subject to DFM feedback.

03

Pantone Colors

Stock enamel in black, red, blue, green, pink, white, grey and yellow, or any Pantone code. Color samples are always free.

04

Accessories

Custom handles, lids, knobs, bamboo trays and other attachments that add value and set your line apart.

05

Packaging

Brown box or color box to start. For online sellers we engineer drop-test-passing e-commerce packaging, plus a retail-grade dieline file you can adapt.

06

Logo

Raised cast logo, laser engraving or decal. Laser logo is free for new custom clients. Place it on the bottom, handle, knob, box or hangtag.

DFM Pre-Check Before Every Mold

We Fix Casting Problems on Screen, Not on Your Paid Mold

Most first-mold failures trace to three avoidable defects. Before any steel is cut, our design team checks your CAD model against all of them:

  • Draft angle: enough taper on every wall so the pan releases cleanly from the sand mold without tears or scabs.
  • Wall thickness: uniform sections to prevent hot spots, warping in the oven, and thin-wall cracks at corners.
  • Engraving clarity: logo strokes and detail depth sized so cast text stays legible after seasoning or enameling.

The result: your first sample is already close to mass-production standard, which saves the money and calendar time of repeated mold edits. Production lands on six lines, including a Danish DISA automatic molding line, so the sample you approved is the container you receive.

Mold Policy

Mold Fees That Lower the Risk Instead of Raising It

Prepaid, With 2 Free Samples

The mold fee is paid once up front and includes 2 free confirmation samples of your finished pan before mass production.

Small Molds from $150

Simple, small-size molds start at $150. Bigger or complex molds are quoted by size, shape and technical difficulty, always before you commit.

Repeat Orders: No Mold Fee Again

Your exclusive mold and Pantone formula are stored at our factory free of charge long-term. Reorders skip the mold fee entirely.

NDA on Every Project

Your designs, 3D files and color formulas stay confidential. Your mold is never used to supply anyone else.

Clear Answers to Get You Started

Custom Project Questions, Answered with Numbers

What is the MOQ for a fully custom design?

500 pcs per SKU for custom molds, shapes, and Pantone colors. Public-mold stock items start at 1,000 pcs, and in-stock inventory from 100 pcs. Need a smaller test order? Ask, and we will look at options.

How much does a mold cost and is it really $150?

Small, simple molds start at $150. The fee covers mold making plus 2 free confirmation samples. Complex or oversized molds are quoted individually based on geometry and technical difficulty, and you see the price before we cut steel.

How fast can I get a sample?

In-stock samples ship within 3 days. If the item is not in stock, up to 15 days. Custom samples on a new mold take 25 to 35 days after design approval, with the mold itself taking about 30 days.

Do I pay the mold fee again on reorder?

No. We store your mold and Pantone formula free long-term. Repeat orders are production orders only, which keeps your unit cost down and your lead time shorter.

Can you make any Pantone color?

Yes for enameled lines. Send your Pantone code and we produce a free color sample for approval before the order. Eight stock colors ship without any color development.

Will my design be shared with other brands?

Never. Every custom project runs under a strict NDA, and your mold is factory-held for your account only. This is why founders launching on Kickstarter or Amazon trust us with exclusive tooling.

What are the payment terms for a custom order?

Mold fee prepaid with samples. Goods: 40% T/T deposit to open production, 60% balance against the bill-of-lading copy after you review the pre-shipment inspection photos and report.

What if my dream shape cannot be cast?

Rarely, geometry violates casting physics, for example undercuts with no draft or walls under a workable thickness. The DFM pre-check finds this at CAD stage and we propose a modified version that keeps your design intent.
