All glaze systems pass LFGB food-contact testing for the EU and FDA for the US, from a BSCI-audited factory running a Danish DISA molding line for batch-to-batch color consistency.
Our glaze is specified as chip-resistant and passes heat-shock testing for repeated hot-to-cold cycles. Enamel pinhole defects are screened during the coating and high-temperature baking stages on the production line.
Yes. Color development starts with a free Pantone sample before any commitment. If you match one of the eight stock colors, no development wait applies at all.
