Meiloz is a cast iron cookware manufacturer in China built around one belief: a growing brand deserves real custom tooling, food-safe compliance and retail-ready packaging, without ordering ten thousand pieces of someone else’s design.
The story starts at the furnace, not in a showroom. Our manufacturing heritage in cast iron cookware dates back to 1996, when the partner foundry in Shandong province began casting skillets and pots for export programs long before the Meiloz name existed.
Our production base in Shandong has been casting cookware since 1996: melting, sand casting, polishing and finishing under one roof, refined over three decades of export production.
We launched Meiloz as our own brand to do what big commodity foundries would not: take small custom orders from independent brands, with exclusive molds, custom colors and real documentation.
Manufacturing runs in Shandong; export operations and every client conversation run from Wuxi, Jiangsu. Our customers are founders, buyers and wholesalers in over 30 countries.
Big MOQs and mold fees lock startups out of their own product lines. We opened custom tooling from 500 pcs, small molds from $150, and free design work, so a founder with one good idea can ship a real product.
Cast iron sits on stoves and in ovens for decades of meals. Every line is built to pass FDA and LFGB food contact testing, from verified raw material through coating, firing and inspection, with reports your buyers can check.
A container is only useful if it lands as shelf-ready stock. We deliver branded packaging, dieline files, inspection footage, export documents and free e-commerce photography, so you can list the product the week it arrives.
Capability is the difference between a quote and a product. Our Shandong base operates six production lines covering the full chain: raw material melting, molding, casting, enamel coating and firing, polishing, laser marking, inspection and packing.
The Danish DISA automatic molding line gives our castings a consistent, smooth surface and tight dimensional control, which is exactly what custom Pantone enamel programs and repeat orders demand: the tenth thousand piece looks like the first.
Retail buyers, marketplaces and import authorities ask the same three questions. We answer them in writing before you have to ask.
Food contact safety testing to US FDA standards, with reports available for marketplace and retail listings.
European food contact testing to LFGB standards for premium EU and DE retail programs.
The factory passes BSCI social compliance auditing, the baseline European chain buyers screen for.
Support documentation for specific markets such as ANVISA in Brazil and EAC for Russia and the EAEU.
Every project runs one-on-one with Weny, founder of Meiloz, from first quote to after-sales. The person who quotes your order answers your questions about it.
We do not compete with public-mold commodity factories on price. We win when your plan depends on a design nobody else has.
