What the factory can actually build, and how much of your launch it covers.
Round, square and oval molds are our most mature tooling; complex specialty shapes like pumpkin forms and multi-cavity takoyaki molds are routine engineering for us. Our team draws everything in CAD and 3D and runs a DFM feasibility check on draft angles, wall thickness and engraving clarity before any tooling. A reference photo is enough to quote; ship us a physical sample and we reverse-engineer it and propose casting improvements.
Full turnkey. Shape, size, Pantone color, handles, knobs and lids, kraft boxes, color retail boxes and gift boxes with hang tags are all controlled in-house. Multi-material accessories such as bamboo spatulas and glass lids are sourced and consolidated so the goods arrive shelf-ready for retail.
Stock enamel colors: black, red, blue, green, pink, white, grey and yellow. Any Pantone code can be developed for your program, with free color chips before production, including special and gradient formulations for premium retail lines.
Logo options: raised cast lettering built into the mold, laser engraving, or transfer printing. Packaging: kraft boxes, color retail boxes and kraft gift boxes with hang tags, all branded to your identity. We deliver retail-grade dieline and layout files, and new customers get laser logo engraving free on samples.
How your design stays yours, what it takes to start, and how long each phase runs.
No. We sign a formal NDA before design discussions. Your exclusive mold is individually numbered and stored at our factory with free long-term storage, and your Pantone formula is tied to your account. Repeat orders carry no mold fee. Your design never becomes somebody else’s catalog item.
Custom mold-made styles start at 500 pcs, a threshold designed for startups and small brands testing their own line. Standard public-mold products start at 1,000 pcs. Light customization of an existing mold (your logo, color or packaging) is the friendliest entry point. Share your launch plan and we will size the first order honestly.
New molds take about 30 days. Custom sampling is 25-35 working days. Mass production runs 35-55 working days standard, 45-60 days for complex projects. Four steps: requirement review and quotation, DFM and design confirmation, mold plus approved samples, then production and shipping with weekly photo and video reports.

The seasoned line is coated with vegetable oil and high-temperature baked at the factory for a natural non-stick surface, ready to use straight out of the box. The enameled line carries a food-grade glaze tested for pinholes and thermal shock, resisting chipping, rust and fading under long high-heat use.
All products are tested to FDA (US) and LFGB (EU) food contact standards and can ship with test reports to support Amazon or retail listing. The factory is BSCI social compliance audited. For Brazil (ANVISA) and Russia and the EAEU (EAC) we provide corresponding compliance guidance documents.
Every line works on gas, electric, induction and open fire, and is oven safe to 500°F (260°C). Standard ranges: skillets 6-15 in with 8-12 in moving fastest, dutch ovens 2-7 qt, griddles 20×10 in, fajita pans 12×12 in. All dimensions can be changed in a custom mold.
Standard: any new mold fee is prepaid with 2 free confirmation samples included. Goods are paid by T/T: 40% deposit to open production, 60% balance against a copy of the bill of lading after production is complete and inspection photos are confirmed. First trial orders with real cash-flow constraints can be negotiated case by case with Weny.

You see the goods before they sail: full inspection photo and video sets ship pre-loading, and SGS or CCIC third-party inspection is available on request. All custom cookware carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Shipping damage or major defect cases are supported with fair compensation or replacement.
Yes. We provide an English First Import Playbook and help coordinate freight forwarders end to end: ocean booking 7-10 days ahead, transit 15-30 days to the US, 25-35 to Europe, 45-55 to South America. You only need a local customs broker for pickup. The free product photo pack helps you list while the container clears.
